About the role:
Represent Charcoal & Crisp as the first point of contact—welcoming guests, taking orders, managing reservations and delivering top-tier customer experience.
Key duties:
Greet customers, present menus, and take orders.
Coordinate reservations & manage walk-ins.
Serve food and drinks with accuracy and warmth.
Handle payments.
Assist with bussing, table setup, cleaning.
Maintain POS accuracy and cash handling.
Requirements:
Prior FOH experience with POS familiarity. (Optional)
Customer-service excellence in rapid-paced settings.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Required Availability: Opening Shift starts at 10:30am on Tuesdays to Sundays
Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
