We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Employment Lawyers interested in an upcoming in-house contract chance within a leading global technology business.

You will join a high-performing legal team, and you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to provide commercial employment law advice across a broad range of workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day employment law and workplace relations advice;
Advising on employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and terminations;
Managing workplace investigations and employment disputes;
Supporting litigation, regulatory enquiries and external counsel management;
Advising on employment policies,



compliance obligations and legislative developments;
Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate employment-related risks; and
Assisting with strategic projects and workplace initiatives as required

About you
Admitted lawyer with demonstrated employment law experience;
Experience gained in a reputable law firm, or a combination of both private practice and in-house;
Robust knowledge of Australian employment and workplace relations legislation; and
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
