The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker, Shopfitter / Joiner to join our workshop team. You’ll be hands-on in the production of custom joinery, operating machinery, and working closely with our design and installation team to deliver precision-built solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery components to specification
Interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
Maintain a clean and safe working setting daily
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Assist with occasional on-site installations as required





Skills & Experience Required
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Shopfitting or Joinery
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a factory or workshop setting
Proven experience operating flatbed CNC machines
Experience in cabinetry installation at customer premises.
Familiarity with joinery software (e.g. Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid Driver’s License and White Card
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
