/n We are looking for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Casual basis.

About the Role
/n As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play an significant role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice. /n Working alongside our experienced care team, you will: /n /n
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents /n
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living /n
Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing /n
Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families /n
Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour or wellbeing /n
Maintain accurate care documentation /n
Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements /n
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team /n About You/n We’re looking for someone who is: /n /n
Caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting older people /n
Respectful of residents’ dignity, privacy, culture and individual choices /n
Reliable, skilled and committed to providing high-quality care /n




A solid communicator who works well as part of a team /n
Confident working independently and managing competing priorities /n
Committed to continuous learning and development /n /n You will have: /n /n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent /n
Previous experience working in aged care is desirable /n
Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements /n
Australian working rights /n
