About the Role

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and calm support workers to assist a participant living in a SIL home in Clyde North.
This role involves but not limited to, personal care, mealtime assistance, behaviour support.

Key Responsibilities
All daily living tasks
Personal care
Assistance with Meals
Continence support
Behaviour support strategies following BSP
Repositioning, pressure area care & skin integrity
Monitoring safety due to impulsive movements/falls risk
Calm, trauma-informed communication
Creating a low-stimulus, supportive environment
Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation





Client Needs
Male staff preferred for personal care (client comfort preference)
Must follow step-by-step communication and behaviour strategies
Must maintain dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Current Driver’s Licence & reliable car
Ability to stay calm, patient and follow step-by-step instructions
Good communication skills and skilled attitude
Reliability and consistency are essential
