We’re looking for friendly and reliable Casual Retail Team Members to join our Sunbury store, particularly for afternoon and evening shifts.

What You’ll Do
Provide friendly customer service
Serve and package donuts and other products
Prepare coffee and beverages
Operate the POS and process customer transactions
Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented
Assist with closing duties and daily store operations

What We’re Looking For
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
Barista or coffee-making experience is a plus
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Reliable, responsible and punctual
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced setting

Availability
Afternoon and evening shifts
Must be available to work until 8:30pm when rostered
Flexibility to support the store’s rostering needs is preferred
