Seeking x2 Sales representatives to cover different regions (Victoria - West / North region and East / South Region).
This is a commission-only independent contractor role with uncapped earnings, offering a defined Victoria territory.
You will identify, approach and sign up new retail stockists across Victoria, present product ranges, write up wholesale orders, service and grow existing accounts, provide market feedback, attend trade fairs and showroom events, organise appointments with retailers, and visit store fronts to encourage reordering based on stock levels.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, approach and sign up new retail stockists (furniture, homewares, gift and interior stores) across VictoriaPresent product range using catalogues, price lists and samples suppliedWrite up wholesale ordersService and grow existing accounts — follow up reorders, introduce recent rangesProvide market feedback on trends, pricing and competitor activityAttend trade fairs and showroom events as agreedOrganise appointments with retailers to view the range in personVisit store fronts and encourage reordering based on stock levelsAbout youProven B2B sales experience, ideally in furniture, homewares,



giftware or interiors wholesaleAn existing network of retail buyers in VIC and/or NSW (highly regarded)Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only basisOwn reliable vehicle; current driver's licenceValid ABN (or willingness to obtain one) — this is a contractor engagementExcellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skillsWork from homeExclusive access to full wholesale catalogue, trade price lists and marketing materialProduct samples and imagery for presentationsFast order processing, dispatch and after-sales supportPhone and/or tablet providedCommission StructureThis is a commission-only independent contractor role with uncapped earnings:Base tier: 8% commission on all paid sales up to the agreed monthly sales targetAccelerator tier: 12% commission on all paid sales above the monthly targetPayment: Commission is earned when the customer's payment is received, and paid monthly with a commission statementBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
