Our ClientIndustrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, Family friendly and a great team environment.With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to lead/Assist the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.Your role:Lead/Assist with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to deliveryManage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractorsDrive quality, safety, and commercial outcomesLooking after 2-4 projects ($10-$20mil all together)Maintain explicit communication with all stakeholders and clientsYour background:Experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator,
