Central Coast NSW | Initially Full-Time, transitioning to 3 days per weekWe are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join an established education and training organisation on the Central Coast.This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a robust understanding of VET quality and compliance requirements.Key responsibilities include:Supporting RTO quality and regulatory complianceReviewing policies, procedures and compliance documentationReviewing training and assessment documentationSupporting audits, quality reviews and continuous improvementIdentifying compliance gaps and assisting with rectificationMaintaining compliance records and supporting evidenceProviding compliance support and guidance to management and staffTo be considered,
