Pethers Rainforest Retreat sits on 5 hectares of pristine rainforest on Tamborine Mountain. We have 10 luxury treehouses, a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom residence, and a first-class restaurant. Our team is small, tight-knit, and highly motivated to give guests an experience they'll never forget.

The housekeeping team is a crucial part of making that happen. Keeping our treehouses spotless and welcoming is just as key as serving a superb dinner. It's all part of the experience.

What you'll be doing:
Cleaning, servicing and opening of treehouses to a high standard
Light food preparation
Maintaining and organising the housekeeping workspace
General upkeep of accommodation and common areas

What we're after:
Previous housekeeping or hotel/accommodation experience essential
Broader hospitality experience will also be considered
Sharp eye for detail and pride in your work
Reliable, friendly,



and able to work independently
Reliable own transport and flexibility for weekend work - we run a 7-day roster
Shifts typically range between 7:30am and 4:30pm

What's on offer:
Casual to start at $32.31/hr (Level 2 award rate) + weekend penalties
The right candidate can expect above award pay and a genuine path to permanency - we'd rather grow our own than keep looking
