About the role

Working closely with the Practice Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing radiology practice. Eclipse Imaging is a locally owned, independent medical imaging practice providing ultrasound and CT services to the Gladstone region.

Key responsibilities
Leading and supporting the reception and administration team
Managing daily operations, staff rostering and resources
Overseeing billing processes and supporting financial performance
Assisting with bookings, billing and reception
Maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service
Managing accreditation, compliance and quality assurance
Improving workflows, systems and operational efficiency
Building strong relationships with staff, patients and referrers
Supporting the continued growth and development of the practice

Able to confidently manage competing priorities and make decisions
Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Genuine commitment to exceptional patient care
Practice management experience is desirable but not essential

Minimum 4 days per week
Availability across normal practice operating hours is required; not suitable for school-hours-only availability
