Key Responsibilities
Liaise with customers to respond to scheduling enquiries, technical queries, and installation-related matters.
Prepare project documentation, including roof layouts, technical drawings, and plans for electrical, solar PV, and battery storage systems.
Prepare commissioning reports, system manuals, and invoices by collecting and organising installation and testing data.
Estimate, coordinate, and allocate materials, tools, and electrical equipment required for installation projects.
Manage stock levels, inventory records, and warehouse operations.




Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading, and handling materials.
Maintain accurate project records and update relevant information in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams, installers, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects run smoothly.

About You

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Confident communicating professionally with customers by phone and email.
Friendly, reliable, proactive, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong in administration, documentation, and attention to detail.
Confident using computers, G Suite, and CRM systems.
Able to follow established procedures while using initiative to resolve issues.
A robust team player with valuable time management and problem-solving skills.
