About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our commercial team, supporting the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across the business. This is a hands-on role working closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure strong contract management, cost control, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and service agreements
Manage contract correspondence, notices, and compliance tracking
Maintain registers including variations, claims, and obligations
Support progress claims, variation assessments, and cost tracking
Validate subcontractor claims and supplier invoices




Manage tendering and procurement of trade packages
Assist with procurement and subcontractor onboarding
Prepare commercial reports and support monthly cost reporting
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in line with company systems
Liaise with internal teams and support project delivery outcomes About You
Degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, or related discipline (essential)
3+ years experience in contract administration (construction, rail, or infrastructure)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
