Milton Ulladulla Ex-Servos Club is located on the beautiful NSW South Coast — just 3 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra.
We’re proud of our positive team culture, friendly service, and professional kitchen workplace. Our venue continues to grow, and we’re now looking for multiple trade-qualified Chefs to join our kitchen team.
Additional opportunities may also exist across our organisation at the Tomakin Sports and Social Club.
The Role:You’ll be working in a busy, high-volume kitchen with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork. Our food offering is always evolving, and we’re looking for chefs who want to grow with us.

Robust culinary skills and pride in your craft
Experience in high-volume kitchen environments
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management
Confidence in plate-up, portion control, and service standards
Clear communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Reliability, consistency, and a robust work ethic
