We’re looking for a qualified baker to join an established Bakers Delight bakery in Melbourne’s inner south-east.

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys the craft of baking, takes pride in consistent quality and works well as part of a production team. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day bake, help keep the bakery running smoothly and support less experienced team members when needed.

What you’ll be doing
Producing and baking quality bread and bakery products to a consistent standard
Working efficiently in a busy production workplace and keeping the bake on schedule
Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety
Supporting apprentices and bakery assistants with day-to-day coaching and guidance
Helping with stock control, waste management and production costs
Pitching in with the wider bakery team when required

What we’re looking for
Certificate III in Baking or an equivalent recognised baking qualification
Experience working in a commercial bakery(Baker's Delight experience favourable)




Someone reliable and comfortable with early starts
Valuable pace, organisation and attention to detail
A team-first attitude and clear communication
Pride in producing a quality product every day
