We are seeking a talented and reliable

The Role

This is a casual position, with flexible shifts including weekends.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.
Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.
Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
Contribute to a positive,



collaborative, qualified kitchen culture.

About You:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
Strong culinary & communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a robust work ethics.
