The Position
Lead and support front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily service
Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the lounge
Coordinate food and beverage service, including buffet and beverage station management
Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries
Support,



coach and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
Assist with opening, closing and shift management responsibilities

The Person
Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
Solid communication and team leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Reliable, qualified and adaptable to changing operational demands
Ability to work effectively during busy periods and across a variety of shifts
Willingness to undergo required airport security and background checks
