This broad, commercial role covers contracts, M&A; and regulatory matters, and suits a pragmatic lawyer with solid negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement.You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on M&A; and regulatory issues, and help implement practical efficiencies.
