This role offers broad exposure acrossfinancial reporting, business partnering, process improvement, and teamleadership within a collaborative and skilled environment.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:Leadmonth-end and year-end close processesPrepareaccurate financial statements and management reportsSupportbudgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesAnalyzefinancial performance and provide insights to managementSupportthe CFO with financial and operational mattersWorkclosely with internal and external stakeholders across Australia and JapanEnsurecompliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internalcontrolsCoordinateexternal audits and liaise with advisors where requiredOverseeaccounts payable and accounts receivable processesSupervise,mentor,



and support junior finance staffDrivecontinuous improvement of accounting processes and proceduresMaintainfinancial information using Xero and other accounting systemsPerformad hoc finance and accounting duties as requiredYour ProfileThe successful candidate will possess:Bachelor'sdegree in accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineMinimum3 years of accounting and finance experience within AustraliaPreviousexperience at Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Assistant FinanceManager, or equivalent levelStrongfinancial reporting and management accounting experienceExperiencewith budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingDemonstratedexperience supervising and mentoring junior staffSolidunderstanding of Australian accounting standards and taxation requirementsExperienceusing Xero and other accounting systemsStrongstakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluentJapanese and English language skills, both written and verbalCPA orCA qualification, or progress towards completion, is highly regardedAbilityto work independently while contributing positively to a team environmentAbilityto commute to the office by carContactPleaseregister your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
