ensuring all information is accurately represented and presented to a high standard.Working closely with the Building Surveyors, you'll help deliver drawing packages for a varied portfolio of commercial buildings, supporting projects for some of the UK's most prominent property owners and management companies.This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience in CAD who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist commercial property environment.CAD TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL SKILLSAround 2 years' experience working in a CAD Technician, Architectural Technician or similar technical drawing roleExperience using AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate technical drawingsAbility to produce floor plans, building elevations and other building-related drawingsUnderstanding of how to interpret measured survey information and translate it into CAD drawingsGood attention to detail and an ability to work accurately with dimensions and measurementsStrong communication skills and the ability to work closely with surveyors and other technical professionalsPrevious experience within building surveying, architecture or commercial property would be advantageousTO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via .
