It operates across the full project lifecycle and works closely with design consultants, contractors, and specialist stakeholders to deliver technically demanding construction and fit-out projects to high quality, safety, and performance standards.The business places a strong emphasis on collaboration, technical excellence, structured project governance, and best-practice delivery methodologies.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the construction and fit-out phases of data centre projects on behalf of the clientAct as the primary client representative for all construction-related mattersProvide day-to-day leadership and direction to project teams, consultants, and contractorsManage stakeholder relationships across architects, engineers, contractors, authorities, and internal teamsDevelop, manage, and control project scope documentation and detailed construction programmesProactively identify, manage, and mitigate construction, programme, and delivery risksMaintain strict control of project budgets, cost reporting, and expenditure trackingAdminister construction and fit-out contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligationsImplement and oversee QA/QC systems to ensure compliance with data centre standards and best practicesDeliver clear, accurate,



and regular reporting on progress, risks, cost, and programmeSupport the Project Director to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsJob Requirements5–10+ years' experience delivering large-scale Greenfield and/or Brownfield projects within data centres or similarly highly serviced environmentsStrong end-to-end project lifecycle experience across design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handoverBroad technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, fire, and monitoring systems within complex buildingsTertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying or Trade qualification with significant management experience, supported by a diploma or graduate qualificationProfessional or institutional accreditation desirable (e.g. CPEng, MIEAust, AIPM RegPM, RICS, PMI-PMP or equivalent)Proven ability to work autonomously while exercising sound judgement and qualified accountabilityStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated capability in programme planning, cost control, contract administration, and risk managementBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
