As a medical receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all our patients.
You will need to be well-presented, courteous and committed to providing excellent customer service.
High level communication skills, the ability to show empathy to patients, and a commitment to address their concerns and work as part of a team is paramount.
The clinic is open from 7:30am to 7:30pm so the candidate must be able to work these hours as part of their roster, and have flexibility where required to assist the team.Key responsibilitiesEnsuring the highest level of quality care and service delivered to patients from the moment they arrive at the clinicSupporting the GP's and nursesEnsuring confidentiality and management of patient recordsLiaising with Medicare, TAC and other insurance companiesCommunicating professionally with doctors, nurses, other staff, and patientsAbility to multitask and prioritise workloads,
