Location:Support Centre LocationPosted on:12 October ****Why You Will Be Excited About This RoleHairhouse has a unique opportunity for a Legal Counsel with strong property and commercial law experience to join our in-house Legal team at our Support Centre in Doncaster on a part time basis (Monday-Wednesday onsite).
What You Will Be Working OnReporting to the General Counsel and working closely with the Head of Property, you will provide legal and property advice to the Hairhouse business across the following areas:Reviewing and negotiating lease agreements, renewals and other leasing documentationMaintaining an accurate and up-to-date lease register and other administrative recordsPreparing and reviewing franchise agreements and the ancillary suite of franchise documentationDrafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and outcomesProviding legal advice across property, franchising, commercial, intellectual property, competition and regulatory matters, and trade promotionsUndertaking legal research and providing legal analysisWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou will be a highly motivated and driven self-starter with the ability to work independently,
