If you are passionate about contributing to accurate financial reporting, leading AP processes, and improving systems, we would love to hear from you.About the Role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day finance operations, including:Assisting with financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal processingSupporting month-end and year-end closeOverseeing Accounts Payable processes and supervising a small AP teamVerify vendor records to prevent fictitious payees and ensure timely, accurate invoice processingDrive solid controls with accurate 3-way PO matching and prevent duplicate or erroneous payments.Tracking fleet-related expenses (fuel, e-Tags, repairs)



and managing cost allocationsInvestigating aged payables and supporting compliance with internal controlsContributing to continuous improvement in finance processes and systemsSupporting payroll processing and related reportingMaintaining accurate records of finance and operating leases in compliance with accounting standardsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficientlyAbout You:We're looking for someone with:Experience in a fast-paced finance environmentStrong reconciliation and journal processing experienceSolid knowledge of accounting treatment for finance and operating leasesConfidence in managing AP processes and leading a small teamExcellent organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong Excel skillsSelf-motivation and the ability to work independentlyAbility to follow up and coordinate with stakeholders effectivelyBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
