You'll help shape wireframes and flows, create detailed design layouts and contribute to the evolution of our design systems.We're after someone who takes pride in their work, thinks in journeys not just layouts and brings the kind of energy that makes projects better, for the team and the client.What you'll be doingDesigning thoughtful, user-centred interfaces and designs for websites, digital platforms and online campaignsTranslating UX inputs (IA, flows, research) into high-quality design outputsCreating clean,



scalable files in Figma using components, auto-layout and prototypingWorking with the design (and wider) team to bring ideas to lifeContributing to and evolving shared design systems and component librariesSupporting QA, refinements and developer handover to ensure design fidelityPresenting your work with clarity and confidence, internally or to clientsWhat we're looking for3-5 years of experience in digital design (agency or similar environment)Strong working knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, components, libraries, prototyping)Solid UX understanding (flows, hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility basics)High attention to detail – layout, spacing, consistency and overall craftConfidence working across the full design process – from concept to refinementA collaborative, positive mindset with strong communication skillsExposure to usability testing or user researchFamiliarity with SEO, accessibility, or performance design considerationsWhy Bright Labs?
