This role is based at head office.About the RoleThis is a head office based role, not tied to a single asset.
You will take a strategic view of facilities management across the portfolio, acting as a facilities leader who shapes maintenance programs, manages contractors and ensures every property is safe, compliant and well presented.
You will also play a key part in mobilising current assets, from operational handover through to the defects and liability period.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance, compliance and procurement across the portfolioDeveloping maintenance programs, asset registers, lifecycle costs and capital expenditure forecasts for each propertyManaging service contracts and essential services, including tenders, project supervision and contractor complianceLeading health and safety, risk and emergency management, including training for the Asset Operations teamMobilising new properties, including operational handover, managing builders and trades on site, and supporting defects managementPreparing and managing facilities budgets,
