As Senior Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of our construction projects.
This position holds significant responsibility for ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency whilst maintaining budget control and schedule adherence.
You will provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring adherence to project programmes, specifications, and quality standardsManaging project documentation, including drawings, specifications, variations, and correspondence with clients and consultantsCoordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services in accordance with project requirementsConducting regular site inspections and quality audits to identify and address defects or non-conformancesPreparing and maintaining project records, including site diaries, progress reports,



and photographic documentationLiaising with project managers and senior management to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issuesSupporting health and safety initiatives on site and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policiesAssisting in cost management and budget tracking throughout the project lifecycleProviding technical guidance and mentoring to junior site staff and engineersManaging stakeholder communications and ensuring professional interactions with clients, consultants, and regulatory authoritiesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline, or equivalent professional qualificationMinimum 5-8 years' experience as a project engineer or site engineer on construction projects, preferably on civil or infrastructure worksStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, standards, and relevant legislationProven experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using industry-standard softwareDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst maintaining attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
