Kanwal Wadalba Family Practice – Wadalba NSWWe are seeking a casual receptionist for a rotating roster indluding Weekdays & Weekends.Shifts would include 8.30am - 5.30pm, *****am - 2.00pm or 12 - close (as late as 9pm) as well as Sundays 10 - close if required.
- 12 months experience in a similar role preferred- Productive in handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and managing messages- Experience in reception and administrative tasks, including scanning, digital filing, and managing electronic communications- As this practice is extremely busy, we require someone who works well under pressure- Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft advantageous but not essential- Reliable and flexibilty to change shifts, cover sick days as requiredPlease send resumes and Cover letters outlining your talents to:Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
