You will play a critical role in driving service excellence while supporting operational efficiency across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and ensure high-quality service deliveryCoordinate incidents, escalations, problems, and changes (ITIL-aligned)Produce monthly service reports,



including SLA and performance metricsLead and support internal improvement and automation initiativesFacilitate service review and business review meetingsCoordinate resourcing and service requests across GSOCProvide administrative support including service boards, billing, and documentationEssential2–3+ years' experience in service delivery or service managementITIL v4 Foundation certified (or working towards it)Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilityHighly organised with excellent time managementThrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focusedNice to HaveExperience in cyber security or IT services environmentsExposure to enterprise clients and managed servicesFamiliarity with leading security technologies or vendorsRelevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Security+ or vendor certs)Experience in customer success or agile project environmentsGreat company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
