We are looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Cleaning Manager to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has robust leadership skills and can confidently manage staff and multiple cleaning sites.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and supporting cleaning staff
Training new and existing employees
Completing regular site inspections and quality checks
Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
Managing staff rosters and covering shifts when required
Communicating with clients and responding to concerns
Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensuring workplace procedures and safety requirements are followed
Assisting with cleaning duties when required




Travelling between client sites
Reporting directly to management

What We’re Looking For
Previous commercial cleaning experience
Management or team leader experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple sites and employees
Flexible availability, including early mornings when required
Current driver’s licence
Qualified and positive attitude

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
