With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we're looking for two Site Engineers to join our project delivery team.About the roleThis is a diverse office and site-based role offering the opportunity to take ownership of allocated projects and gain broad exposure across the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to site delivery, commercial management and completion.
You'll work across Government, rail, infrastructure and commercial construction projects, with direct access to an experienced management team and genuine opportunities to develop your career as the business grows.Key responsibilitiesTake ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of allocated projectsCoordinate labour, materials, procurement, deliveries and site requirementsPlan project activities, sequencing and short-term programsLiaise directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teamsMonitor project budgets, costs and performancePrepare progress claims and assist with variations and RFIsCoordinate drawings, technical documentation and project requirementsMaintain project records, registers and reportingAttend project sites and coordinate safety, quality and compliance requirementsIdentify project risks,



constraints and delivery issues and escalAbout youMust have experience within construction, civil infrastructure, rail or a related environment in a site engineer roleAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of workAn understanding of project costs, progress claims and variationsStrong planning, organisation and problem-solving skillsConfidence communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliersStrong attention to detail and project documentation skillsA relevant Engineering, Construction Management or similar qualification is desirableCurrent Victorian Driver Licence and White CardUnrestricted Australian working rights and located in VictoriaCompany vehicle providedExposure to Government, rail and infrastructure projectsA varied role combining office and site-based responsibilitiesGenuine ownership of allocated projectsBroad exposure across project delivery and commercial managementDirect access to experienced business and project leadersCareer development and progression opportunitiesJoin a growing contractor where your contribution is visible and valuedZinlow Group is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
