They're looking for a marketer with a technical edge to understand and improve what happens to a lead after it comes in, and to make the whole customer journey connect.The roleThis role reports to the Marketing Manager and works alongside the Head of Digital Growth and Data analystteam.
You'll map the customer lifecycle, strengthen HubSpot nurture and lead handling, and help connect HubSpot with custom CRM and AI platforms so data flows properly across the business.What you'll doMap and optimise the customer journey: where leads go, how quickly they're actioned and where they drop offOwn HubSpot day to day, including workflows, nurture, lead routing, data enrichment and retargetingWork with the data team to turn HubSpot and platform data into practical improvementsSupport integrations between HubSpot and the custom CRM and AI platformsWrite and refine the messaging the AI chatbots use, keeping it on brand and well writtenWork with various agencies, including digital,



creative and AIAbout you5+ years in marketing with solid comms skills and an analytical, data driven approachExperience integrating data across platforms such as CRMs and automation tools is highly regarded but not essentialConfident working with multiple external agenciesExcitedby what's current in marketing and AI, and ready to hit the ground runningHave real influence over how the business converts and retains customersWork with internal experts and agencies, learning from them and contributing to shaping AI-driven customer experiences in a high-growth industryBe part of one of Australia's largest renewable energy companies as it expands its marketing teamCompetitive base salary, negotiable based on experienceConvenient Box Hill location, just 5 minutes from Box Hill station, with parking availableInterested?
