Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal care, household tasks, food preparation, and community outings.Encourage independence, communication, and confidenceAssist individuals in developing and achieving their goals, promoting independence and self-determination.Maintain accurate documentation of support provided and any changes in the individual's needs or preferences.About YouCompassionate, patient, and respectfulExperience supporting young people or individuals with disabilities (required)Comfortable providing personal care and overnight support with female clientsPrevious experience administering medication (preferred but not essential)Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPRCert III Individual Support, equivalent or greaterAbility to work with others and communicate effectively with the family and care teamAbility to drive a manual vehicle (preferred but not essential)Why Join Us?

We are based in Singleton but are looking for staff to work in the Maitland area as well!
