Facebook and whatever platform comes nextDevelop content concepts and get hands-on creating content when neededWork with our tattoo artists and studio teams to turn the everyday into great contentUnderstand the role of AI in modern content creation and marketing, keeping up with emerging AI tools, formats and trends and finding smart ways to develop ideas around themKeep the brand feeling current, interesting and unmistakably usGrowth & OpportunitiesExplore partnerships, collaborations, activations and eventsLook for new ways to reach our audience and grow the businessKeep asking: what could we do that we haven't tried yet?
Team Management & DelegationManage and coordinate content staff, setting clear tasks, priorities and deadlinesDelegate tasks effectively, matching responsibilities to each team member's strengthsTrack progress and accountability, ensuring work is completed on time and to standardBasically, you'll be helping make sure Addikted to Ink is impossible to ignore.OK, BUT WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll ideally bring:5+ years' marketing experienceExperience working with Meta Ads and a good understanding of how social advertising worksStrong digital marketing and social media experienceExperience with content creation and marketing campaignsA solid understanding of social, content and brand marketingStrong team management and delegation skills, with the ability to coordinate content staff, assign tasks effectively and keep the team accountable to deadlinesA strong understanding of AI content creation, including how AI-generated content works, current AI tools and how to develop creative marketing ideas around emerging AI technologyA genuinely good creative eyeAn unhealthy curiosity about trends,



culture and what people are into right nowThe ability to spot a positive idea — and actually make it happenA mix of strategic thinking and hands-on get-stuff-done energyYoung, vibrant, enthusiastic and drivenStrong communication, organisation and analytical skillsA marketing degree?
