The role supports timely and consistent planning by maintaining accurate records, systems and reports, coordinating information and responding to stakeholders.Key duties include managing event systems and databases, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining registers and operational trackers, managing enquiries and information requests, coordinating meetings and stakeholder engagement, and building positive stakeholder relationships.
