BlueCare is seeking a Practice Lead in Clinical Care Governance & Risk to advance the Quality framework in residential aged care. You will influence policy, procedures and tools, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance across Queensland facilities.

This 12-month full time role offers hybrid work arrangements, salary packaging, and staff advantages. Travel to Queensland locations is required, and AHPRA registration with a valid driver’s license is essential.
