We are a busy, customer-focused hospitality recent venue in Adelaide with a solid reputation for quality food and service. We’re looking for a driven Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of front-of-house operations and lead our team to the next level.
The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and strong financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and service flow
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
Drive customer satisfaction and handle service issues professionally
Manage rosters, labour costs, and team performance
Oversee bookings, functions, and service standards
Work closely with the Head Chef on service coordination
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
About You
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to manage high-volume service
Solid understanding of labour costs and venue performance
Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
