About the Role

Working closely with the Residential Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership within the facility, supporting the delivery of secure, high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing guidance, coaching and support to nursing and care teams
Monitoring and promoting best-practice clinical care standards
Supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities
Building positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families and health professionals
Assisting with the day-to-day clinical operations of the residential care facility




Leading by example and contributing to a culture of excellence, accountability and resident-centred care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Proven experience in a Clinical Nurse, Senior Registered Nurse or similar leadership role
Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for aged care and the wellbeing of residents
Current National Police Check and all relevant certifications
