As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares those values and enjoys bringing structure and precision to financial administration.The RoleThis is a part-time Accounts & Finance role within our close-knit, office-first team.You'll play a key role in the day-to-day financial administration of our strata portfolio, working closely with the Managing Director and team to ensure our trust accounting and financial records remain accurate, compliant and well organised.Remuneration will be based on the successful candidate's experience.Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:Trust account reconciliationsBank reconciliationsPreparing statutory financial reportsConducting month- and year-end review of all financial accountsAssisting Strata Managers with annual budgets and financial statementsLiaising with auditors and external accountantsMaintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting continuous improvement of financial systems and processesManaging accounts payable and receivableProcessing supplier invoices and owner paymentsPreparing electronic payment runsThe role can be shaped around the successful candidate's experience and strengths.Structure & HoursThe role is part-time (approximately ***** hours per week), however there is opportunity for increased hours and/or responsibilities as the business grows.Ideally, we'd love someone who can attend the office most days of the week.
