A crew that gets the job done.Alfabs Engineering - Asset Remediation & Protective Coatings is growing — and we're looking for experienced in Industrial Painter/Blasters and Concrete Remediators to join our Site Services team across NSW.With a strong pipeline of work across the Sydney and Illawarra area, this is an opportunity to work across major infrastructure, construction, mining and energy projects without being stuck doing the same job, on the same site, day after day.The roles are casual to start and can lead to permanent opportunities for the right people.We want to hear from experienced Painter/Blasters and Concrete Remediation expertise who take pride in their work, back their crew and know how to deliver a quality finish.Why Alfabs?

clients and work environmentsCareer development and progression within the wider Alfabs GroupA supportive crew and management teamThe stability and opportunities that come with an established, ASX-listed Australian companyWhat you'll be doingWorking as part of our Site Services crew, you'll perform industrial blasting, surface preparation and protective coating works across a variety of project environments.Depending on the project, your work may include:Abrasive blasting and industrial surface preparationAirless and conventional spray applicationApplication of protective coating systemsConcrete RemediationMechanical surface preparationWorking across shutdowns, maintenance and project-based worksWorking closely with supervisors and your crew to deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standardWhat we're looking forYou'll ideally bring:12+ months' industrial painting and blasting experienceTrade certificate or relevant industry qualificationExperience with airless and conventional spray equipmentExperience applying industrial protective coating systemsStrong surface preparation skillsCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sitesA strong commitment to safety and qualityA reliable, proactive and team-focused attitudeFlexibility to work overtime and project requirements when neededAbility to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testingEven better if you haveWe'd particularly like to hear from candidates with additional site experience or tickets including:Rail Industry Worker (RIW)High Risk Work Licences EWP, Working at Heights or Confined SpaceMining inductions and site-specific competenciesOrder 45 / relevant mining medicalMultiple trade or site ticketsReady for something bigger?
