professional service and respond to member enquiriesAnswer phone calls andassistwith general reception enquiriesSupport the smooth day-to-day operation of the front deskBuild positive relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming club environmentPrepare shakes and coffees and provide friendly, efficient serviceAssistmembers with café enquiries and product selectionsStock & Retail OperationsAssistwith stock ordering and replenishmentReceive and process incoming stockMonitor stock presentation, rotation,availabilityand expiry datesIdentifylow or slow-moving stock and communicate requirements to managementBuild andmaintainattractive, well-presented retail displaysAssistwith purchase orders and general retail administrationMaintainhigh standardsof cleanliness and presentation across reception, retail,caféand gym floor areasAssistwith general club duties to ensure the facility is clean,organisedand welcomingTake ownership of thesmall detailsthat contribute to a great member experienceAbout YouWe'relooking for someone who is:Passionate about fitness,trainingand the gym environmentGenuinely interested insupplements, sportsnutritionand fitness products, with the willingness to continually develop your product knowledgeSales-driven and motivated by achieving targets and KPIsConfident engaging with members and recommending products based on their needsExperienced in retail, sales,hospitalityor customer serviceConfident communicating with a wide range of people and building strong relationshipsComfortable initiating conversations and proactively selling rather than waiting for customers to approach youReliable,organisedand able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently as well as part of a teamAvailable to work across a range of shifts,
