As a not-for-profit aged care provider, employees can access up to $18,500 tax-free per year as part of the salary package, helping to maximise your take-home pay.Job DescriptionPurpose of RoleAs a Grounds Keepers, you'll be responsible for maintaining the gardens, lawns and outdoor areas across our facilities to ensure they remain secure, attractive and enjoyable for residents, visitors and staff.This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include :Mowing lawns using hand and ride-on equipmentWhipper snipping and edgingWeeding, planting and mulching garden bedsPruning trees, shrubs and plantsLawn care, including fertilising and weed controlCleaning synthetic turf and outdoor surfacesRemoval of rubbish and green wasteGeneral Site MaintenancePressure cleaning paths,
