Silver Chain is seeking a Home Care Worker in the Canberra area to assist older community members at home, promoting independence and wellbeing. You will visit clients, perform household tasks, assist with meals and transport, and provide social support to enhance quality of life.

The role requires a valid Australian driver's license and ownership of a insured, roadworthy vehicle, plus 3–6 months experience in a similar role. Training and career development prospects are provided.
