Discover My World is a family-owned early learning group opening our newest centre at 8 Rodborough Avenue, Crows Nest – a 74-place, purpose-built service right next to the new Crows Nest Metro. We're building a whole new team, and we're excited to meet educators and teachers who want to be part of something new.

Cert III Educators – nurturing, reliable and ready to learn and grow
Diploma Educators / Room Leaders – confident leaders who can guide a room and support their team
Early Childhood Teachers – passionate teachers ready to deliver a strong, play-based program
Trainees - People who love being around children – no experience needed for Cert III traineeships

What you'll do
Create warm, safe and engaging spaces where children thrive
Plan and deliver play-based learning in line with the EYLF V2.0
Build genuine relationships with children and families
Work as part of a close, supportive team

What you'll bring
Cert III,



Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent, or working towards)
NESA accreditation (ECTs)
Working With Children Check
First Aid (HLTAID012), Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, Child Protection training (or willingness to complete)
A positive attitude and a genuine love of working with children
Paid, on-the-job training while you complete your Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Mentoring from experienced educators and leaders
Study time and support to help you finish your qualification
A explicit pathway to an ongoing role once you're qualified
