About the Role

You’ll work with a motivated client base (mostly 40+, high socio-economic demographic) focused on long-term health and lifestyle change. With industry-leading retention and support systems, we’ll help you become an expert coach and build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do
Lead tailored 1:1 personal training sessions
Run group training classes that foster community
Coach clients on nutrition, mindset, and habits
Get paid development time to enhance your skills
Progress through our structured Career Pathway towards management or even studio ownership

What You’ll Need
Certificate IV in Fitness
First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)
Passion for helping others and desire to grow
Interest in nutrition and long-term client change
PT experience preferred, but not essential
