In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a robust team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing Form 6s, contracts and REIQ-approved documents
Ensure compliance across all listing documentation
Managing database entries and CRM updates
Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and agents throughout the sales process
Support with auction bookings and liaising with auctioneer
Managing online portals and property listings




General administrative and ad-hoc support across the sales process

Bonus Experience (Not Required):
Familiarity with Vault CRM / Nurture Cloud / Realworks
Confidence using Canva for marketing material

About You:
Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential
Immaculate presentation and a professional, can do attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and within a team
