We're looking for a fun and energetic Café All Rounder to join our team in our Alexandria Café Team.

Casual position available, with no evening shifts- however weekend availability is a must!

The Gig
Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained in food service & preparing coffee
Serve customers efficiently
Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products to our guests
Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
Managing queues & meeting customer expectations
Keep areas tidy & clean
Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members

The You
Experience working in a quick paced environment
Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
Excellent communication skills & sales skills
Friendly demeanor always even under pressure




Great memory (remembering the names and orders of our regulars is imperative!)
Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate.
Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.

Keen eye for detail & cleanliness
