About the Rolen

Positive Price Pharmacy Warehouse Robina is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for people who enjoy helping others, thrive in a busy retail environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Whether you have previous pharmacy experience or a solid retail background and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilitiesn

Deliver friendly, qualified customer service and create a positive customer experience.
n
Assist customers with locating products and provide general product information within your scope of training.
n
Support pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations.
n
Replenish shelves, unpack deliveries and maintain accurate stock presentation.
n
Assist with stock control, merchandising and promotional displays.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment.
n
Follow pharmacy procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and relevant policies.
n

Has previous retail or pharmacy experience (highly regarded, but not essential).

Has availability to work weekends, which will be highly regarded.
