HFW is a sector-focused global law firm seeking a Technical Services Analyst for our Sydney office. You will deliver hands-on first and second-line IT support across Windows laptops, Microsoft 365 and meeting-room technology, contributing to regional and global service delivery.

This permanent, office-based role requires solid troubleshooting, explicit communication and ownership, onboarding of current starters, device lifecycle management and accurate documentation.
