We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis to provide inactive overnight support for a client located in Main Beach.

What You'll Do
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support the client with evening and morning routines
Monitor the client's wellbeing during inactive overnight shifts
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light household duties as required
Follow care plans and accurately document services provided
Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support

About You

You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:
Compassion, patience, and reliability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently in clients' homes
Confidence working overnight shifts
Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs
A skilled and client-focused approach to care

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support,



Aged Care, Disability, or similar (or currently studying nursing/health)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Comprehensive car insurance
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia
